A raíz de la lamentable emisión online que tuvimos que soportar del concierto de «AERO» por parte de la emisora alemana «Radio4», sus dirigentes han tenido un gesto con todos los fans, y este es el mail que nos ha llegado:
Dear listeners, dear fans of Jean-Michel Jarre,
This reaction is in English, since so many of you took the trouble of
reacting on our poor broadcast of the Aero concert on december 28. A very
painful mistake has been made somewhere during our production of the Aero
broadcast. It is still not clear where exactly it went wrong, but clearly
the difference between recording at 48KHz and playing back at 44.1 KHz made
the huge difference. It is no less than astonishing it was not noticed
before. A musical disaster that for some reason was not noticed until the
broadcast itself, thanks to the dozens of reactions in the mail and on this
site. I would like to apologize to all the fans, and of course to
Jean-Michel Jarre.
We will do our utmost to get permission to rebroadcast the concert *in
full*, as so many of you have asked.

As requested by so many of you, we will rebroadcast the impressive AERO
concert by Jean-Michel Jarre Sunday MARCH 16 2003 in full.
To set things straight, we have decided to devote the complete evening –
from 20:00 untill 00:00 – to the music and talent of Jean-Michel Jarre.
Again our sincere apologies.
