Pink Floyd lanzará a partir del 26 de septiembre de 2011 una serie de ediciones de su obra en CD, DVD, Blu-Ray y Super Audio CD, en todos los formatos digitales y para iPhone Apps, ha anunciado su discográfica EMI Music, con la que colabora desde 1967.
este proyecto estará formado por los CD remasterizados y reunidos bajo el nombre de Discovery; las cajas Immersion con CD/DVD/Blu-Ray y memorabilia, y el paquete Experience Editions, que añade al álbum clásico otro con contenido adicional para ofrecer "una experiencia auditiva más profunda"
Mirad que pinta tiene la primera de las cajas, "The Dark Side of the Moon", edicion "Immersion" que saldrá en septiembre:

La verdad que viendo esas fotos,con todo ese material,se me cae la baba,pero me da miedo saber el precio final de todo eso!!! :?
Menuda pasada de lanzamiento... pfff los pelos como escarpias. Me recuerdo a lo que hizo Oldfield con su Tubular Bells, la Ultimate Edition, pero esto ya es la repera.
Lamentablemente nunca veremos eso en las publicaciones de Jarre que están a años luz de la tendencia de muchos artistas con estos Box Sets.
Imaginate una super edición de Paris La Defense, DVD/CD/BR, concierto completo, extras, :cry: , y pensar que hay que conformarse solo con un vhs recortado, el espectáculo audivisual más grande de Jean Michel Jarre ahí está, abandonado :x

Si, y desde luego mas sosaco que todos los Essentials de Jarre juntos...
Na, que las nuevas ediciones estas me pueden esperar sentado... eso sí, como apuntaba Deckard respecto a las anteriores de Oldfield, estas de PF le dan mil vueltas.
Pues tiene gracia, pero al final en estas supercajas lo único que suele merece la pena son los bonus (demos, directos, unreleaseds, etc.) y claro, cascarte 100€ para conseguir eso ... Duele. Ahora, claro, te sacan el Meddle con demos y cosas y lo flipas ... :-D
